Robert Knight authoredEnable TypeScript in ESLint following the Quickstart at https://typescript-eslint.io/docs/. The @typescript-eslint parser appears to assume that files are modules by default, so directory-specific configs in dev-server/, scripts/ and src/ have been updated accordingly.
