Clean up edit and delete for merging.

- Reconcile differences with develop
- Anonymize deletes
- Simplify privacy directive -- no more crazy privacy getLevel stuff,
  back to a much simpler check for world read permission.
- Editing/Deleting is now "inline" in the viewer, in the thread.
