Remove all traces of the removed handlebars support

Added missing global switch for url replacer regexp

Reportedly this can choke some compass installations.

We can start to think of the bucket view as the base panel
and think about moving the viewer and the editor into the
sliding panels. The idea is that then the bucket view is behind
the editor as well as the detail view and the current viewer
becomes detail-only while the bucket is always underneath.

Also, the heatmap is back to adding itself to the element so that
it should be possible to move the heatmap out of the iframe
at some point soon, making it possible to absolute position it
with the full height of the page. This will also reduce postMessage
chatter when scrolling/updating.

Heatmap containerization

Introduces 'resettable' directive which runs at super high priority
and listens for the '$reset' event on the scope upon which the
element is stored to its pristine condition via a full element
transclude.

- Drop deform from angular app -- this was too confusing and strange
  and makes it harder to pull the front-end application out of the
  repository.
- Make the sheet much more attractive by tying it to the toolbar
  in a clearer way and toggling between "Sign in" and the close 'X'.
- Start to normalize the way errors are handled in form submissions
  on the back-end by offloading basic validation messaging to the
  front-end, removing the need to constantly re-render the forms.

Chrome is bugging about it and won't submit the form on the
first 'enter' press.

In the editor, should show detail view of the new annotation,
while, in the detail viewer, should stay put.
