Unmock in `ShareDialog` tests for the moment as this is a very simple
component.

This test was passing but not in a meaningful way. What it attempts to
test is tested by adjacent tests, anyway.

Add basic Export tab with placeholder UI, if `export_annotations`
feature flag is enabled. For other users, share panel looks the same as
before.

If the transcript fails to load in the video player app, it will reject the
`contentReady` promise that the client waits on. The client would then cause the
error to be thrown from `Guest.anchor`. Catch this error and add context to
indicate what has gone wrong.

Allow the host page to pass a `contentReady` promise to the client, which it
will resolve once the content is rendered and the client should be able to
anchor annotations. This enables the host page to load the client concurrently
with fetching document content, only blocking the client at the point where it
needs to anchor annotations.
