To the annotationUI service. This allows deleted annotations to be
removed from the selection object.

This makes AnnotationSync reusable, because independent of $rootScope.

These changes should only be made to the AnnotationUISync service.

This keeps track of the annotation interface between the two frames.

Now sets properties on the correct scope, keeps injected objects in
