Lyza Danger Gardner authoredChange `forcedVisibleAnnotations` => `forcedVisibleThreads` and use thread ids instead of annotation $tags. This allows the forcing-visible of threads that lack an annotation and is more appropriate overall: threads are forced-visible, not annotations.
