360 cross format annotations

restores fuzzy anchoring

- Redact handling
- Exception was thrown for not root annotation. (Fixed)

 - Fixed streaming API for edited annotations
 - Displayer page now displays Annotation deleted and reason for redacted annotations
 - Edit, Redact and delete support for real time updating
 - Displayer page sorts incoming replies by creation date (needed to avoid missing gaps in the tree)
 - Removed unneeded debug-only lines

 - Markdown support restored for linkable annotations page
 - New past annotation load method added: replies for an id
 - name, time filtering now occurs in the client side again

- ClauseParser is now a separate class (scope is leaner)
- $scope.filter is a single variable storing the json structure.
- $scope.filter is rebuilt automatically in every change.
- Removed sidebars, they are drop-down menus now.
- Fixed css height bug

- Sign up -> Sign in
- Searchbar and icon will stay in the same row.
