This keeps track of the annotation interface between the two frames.

Now sets properties on the correct scope, keeps injected objects in
the constructor and triggers the correct events.

This was passing an array of arguments to $emit which is the old
jQuery way of doing things.

The mapper wraps the store to trigger events during persistance calls.

This is called annotationLoader for the moment. It should probably
be consolidated with other annotation methods at somepoint.
