- Added	libraries required for fuzzy text matching
- Updated dom-text-* and annotator

  before attaching the annotations, so the dom-text-* functions are
  available during reattaching.
- The naive, XPath-range based anchor finding strategy now verifies
  the quote (if available), and if does not match, it fails.
  (The fuzzy strategy will take over the task in these cases.)

Updated to latest version of dom-text-mapper, which has a workaround for yet another WebKit selection API bug.

- Moved to different method for determining the quote. (It's now inside a selector)

- Don't track frame visible state in annotator service; do it in
  the app scope instead.
- Move the "back" logic into the controller
